Quantum Insights finds hidden meaning in data using physics and quantum mechanics.

In this Google Talk, Marvin reviews an analysis of The Cancer Genome Atlas.  Quantum Insights was able to identify of 48 of 73,000 mRNA expressions that define five different cancer types and was provably more accurate than tSNE-HDBScan.  The first 10 minutes summarize our algorithm, Dynamic Quantum Clustering (DQC).

A 2016 talk given at the SETI foundation aimed at a less technical audience than the 2013 SETI talk.  This talk focuses on the application of DQC to on-line gaming data and the problem of finding contraband nuclear material using a hand-held sodium iodide detector.  The gaming data is a particularly interesting example because the features are not related to one another in any special way.

A talk given to the SETI foundation in 2013 that emphasizes the technical details of the algorithm.  This talk is meant for a scientific audience.

Marvin spent 42 years at Stanford, SLAC in theoretical physics where he was a leader in quantum mechanics, particle theory, condensed matter physics and cosmology.  Marvin is the co-author of three patents on Dynamic Quantum Clustering.
